Ingredients
Cookie Dough Layer
- 1 stick of softened butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 1/4 cups of gluten free flour
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Brownie Layer
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups of cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cups of gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Additional
- 2 boxes of Goodie Girl Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (25 for the middle cookie layer, 6 for the crushed topping)
- 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
